Has happened to make me never - forgive the lack of emphasis - never ever doubt that Jesus is, as they say (& do I), the author & finisher of my life - years are estimate.. but for my privacy, I'm not releasing how old am I.. in case I have already, I may edit this to change it to age.. let's see..
1982 - (as recounted by mother) I fell on my head from a ladder, got rushed to A&E which proved that I was fine
1985 - Godma didn't pick me up for Sunday School (no noble intentions, just wanted to play w friends instead of go to sermon w parents since it was the school holidays) till after about 15 min after I prayed
1987 - I fainted dead away after running round in circles (pl don't ask me logic - my memories of the time are equally childish to how I muz ve been) and not so pleasant things coming out of my mouth (think food related items only please, cos I've never been hot on vulgarities, and I don't ever think I will..)
1991 - Was operated on after appendicitis 'exploded'/ruptured (for those more 'medically' inclined, the 2nd word should soothe you a little) for more than 24h.
1995 - Start volunteering in VWO.
1999 - Motorcycle bounces off me despite coming head on at me and hitting my chest.
1999 - Manage to outrun bus in Bangkok to reach home past 2200hours.
2001 - Fail 1 subject for Diploma, but God shows me favour, and gives me not 1, but 6 job offers.
2003 - Get invited to join company (by client) & complete my BSc, qualifying for honours.
2005 - Change sector to social service industry.

Better late than never (I suppose)
Wells, June is sure proving to be a busy month.. let's see - out of the weekends, 2 are helpers of weddings, and 2 are at work, 1 is at course.. 1 is co-ordinating ushering.. whoa.. a bit overwhelming when i start to think about human strength, but then again - that's not the reason why I first started this blog.
God seems to keep on showing me His grace, His favour, and as it were, more and more of Himself.. so very humbling, in a way skeptics I think can only start to - how should I put it? Be skeptical, in an ironical kinda way..
Ok then, now to specifics. Have since my last post, been the most senior one that is supposed to work on the Tracker - the rest of the team is less than a month old - or rather, the second most senior is still less than a month old..
Have also been Admin of Training for less than a mth during d transition
and been invited to join 2 VWOs in less than a week..
God, may Your will be done in and thro my life..
It's not easy, when my faith is on a limb, but God is proving that He is the one who gets the glory in the midst.. so friends who meet me during this time of evaluation and consideration, not that I intend to preach to you, but God's simply been too real for me to ignore - I mean, how many pple can say that they've been invited to join agencies 3x over? Among other miracles.
Shall give a short snippet on what I think are significant things (that ve happened to me personally) that would make you think.. even just for a bit, of how real God can be - IF you let Him..

Been blessed!
Finally got round to adding messenger to my laptop.. and in reward, I fd my friend who returned from Tasmania in Dec 07.. & caught up w another tt I haven't seen in ages thanks to my fractured right foot.. & caught up w yet another who has migrated to Australia from Sri Lanka..
But God is still good.. even tho' I got wind of axes falling.. & not on trees, but He remains good.. and faithful.. even when we're not.. so that settles it for me!
Tho - so much for trying to sleep by 10.30.. I'm like 2 hours past my time.. ah wells.. better attempt tom i suppose.. ;)

Woo-hoo!
Wow. I just got approached by a headhunter today. Really. Yeah.
What did she say?
Well.. she emailed actually..
And..?
She asked me if I'm interested in joining an MNC in HRD.. as an Assistant Manager.
And..?
I covert all prayers (to Jesus and to the Holy Spirit and to God) for His will to be done in my life. Thanks!
~ I marvel at how He's provided so many things in my life, but that's another story.. remind me, k? ;)
